The Memory Aid Policy provides a framework for the use of memory aids as an accommodation for eligible students with documented memory-related disabilities. It defines the types of memory aids that may be used, the approval process, and the responsibilities of students, instructors, and Student Accessibility Services to ensure accommodations are implemented fairly and appropriately.
