This opportunity aids in the development of skills and competencies that are paramount to career preparedness. Choose the competencies you feel are most authentically demonstrated through your particular activity. We recommend 1 to 2 competencies for a 1 hour workshop, 5 - 7 competencies for a multi-day training, 8 - 10 competencies for a year-long volunteer role, and 12 - 15 competencies for a student employment position.
