Mental Health First Aid:

This is a paid training designed to enhance your competencies in supporting youth mental health.
Target Audience:
Adults who work with or support youth aged 12–24 (e.g., educators, coaches, mentors, frontline staff, community workers).

Learn how to provide initial support to youth experiencing mental health challenges or crises. This evidence-based course covers:
- Understanding mental health problems and reducing stigma
- Substance-related disorders
- Mood, anxiety, trauma-related, eating, and psychotic disorders
- Practical strategies for early intervention and crisis response
