We are excited to welcome you to our spectacular campus and to our vibrant residence community. You, along with close to a thousand other Nipissing University students will soon commence or continue your journey as a residence student. This website provides you with information to prepare for the big move in day and what to expect in the first week that you arrive.

Students who require housing mid-semester should reach out to the Residence Life Office via email at residence@nipissingu.ca. The Residence team will advise if there are vacancies and provide you with instructions on how to submit an erezlife application and pay the deposit.

Nipissing University is a small residential institution with approximately 975 students, largely first year, living within our residence system. The University believes that first year students benefit greatly from the opportunity to live within the residence system and that their transition from High School to University is much easier as a result.
